Booking and cancellation
Minimum booking is 3 hours.
All bookings are to be paid in advance.
All price quotes are subject to 25% Moms/VAT/sales tax except export.
For bookings cancelled later than 8 days before the first booked date, a cancellation fee of 50% apply.
Media and backup
Harddisks are re-formatted at the end of sessions.
Rental tapes are erased after 3 months.
Media are only insured for value of media, not content.
Backup is performed at regular hour rates.
